At Moosaru, every T-shirt is printed especially for you after your order is placed. This Print-on-Demand (POD) model ensures premium quality and zero unnecessary waste — because we believe in making only what is needed.

Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most serviceable PIN codes.
A ₹63 COD Handling Fee applies to all COD orders.
All applicable charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.

Order Confirmation

Prepaid Orders are processed immediately after successful payment.
COD Orders may be verified via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.
If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, or do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled automatically.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment or COD confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code before placing your order. Moosaru will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been printed or shipped, cancellation is not possible — as every product is custom-made specifically for you.

Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

Our courier partners will make standard delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping in such cases may require additional charges.
