COD Orders may be verified via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment or COD confirmation.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.

However, due to the nature of online shopping and print-on-demand production:

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.
  • Minor variations in print placement, color tone, or fabric appearance may occur.
  • Product images are for representation purposes.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Moosaru.com does not guarantee order acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to product unavailability

If payment has already been made for a canceled order, eligible refunds will be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by logistics partners are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are limited.

One-Time Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Free from stains, odour, or perfume
  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

Size exchange is permitted once per order only. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Chart before placing your order. If you need help choosing the right size, our support team is happy to assist.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
