At MOOSARU, all products are made-to-order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are limited.
Eligible for Return/Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has manufacturing defect
Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of product issue

Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
OR - Replacement order will be shipped
